We'd rather earn your trust than hide behind a countdown. Our commitment is simple: quality work, until you're satisfied. If something isn't right, we revise and refine it until it is — there's no 30-day clock running against you.
Quality, Until You're Satisfied
Every deliverable runs through a human review pass before it reaches you. If a piece misses the brief or the quality isn't where it should be, tell us — we'll revise it within the scope of your tier until you're genuinely happy with it. This is the core of how we work, not a one-time promise.
When We Issue Refunds
Because we work month-to-month and fix issues as they come up, refunds are rarely necessary. That said, if we've genuinely failed to deliver work you've paid for and we can't make it right through revisions, we'll refund the affected portion of that month's payment. We handle these case by case, in good faith.
What's not covered
- Months where work was delivered and accepted
- One-time engagements (e.g. project-based work) — these have separate terms set in the project agreement
- Custom AI voice/avatar training (one-time fee, non-refundable once delivery has begun)
- Change-of-mind cancellations after deliverables for the cycle have shipped
Month-to-Month, No Lock-In
There are no annual contracts. Services run month-to-month, and you may cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice. Outstanding deliverables that have been paid for will be completed before account closure.
Quarterly and annual prepayments
If you've prepaid quarterly (10% discount) or annually (20% discount) and choose to cancel, the remaining unused months are prorated and refunded after deducting the months consumed at the standard monthly rate (i.e. without the prepayment discount).
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Email hello@skelinx.com or message us in your shared workspace. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and process any agreed refund via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you and Skelinx disagree on whether work was delivered as agreed, we'll first try to resolve it directly via your account contact. If we can't, mediation through a mutually-agreed third party is the next step before any other action.
